Key deliverables in the enabling works:
• Site security and hoarding/permanent fencing.
• Construction compound and laydown area.
• Asbestos removal.
• Utility diversions/disconnections.
• Removal of leased equipment where necessary.
• Safe removal of 20no. pitch side posts, 2no. turnstiles,7 x pitch lighting columns and associated infrastructure.
• Removal of all pitch side seating/dugouts.
