Hankinnan kohteena on Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen Keski-Pohjanmaan keskussairaalan ja sote-keskuksen kahviopalveluiden tuottaminen. Hankinta kilpailutetaan käyttöoikeussopimuksena.
