Reference: NLC–CPT-26-052
North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") proposes to establish a Flexible Framework Agreement for the Provision of Education Services. . The Agreement is anticipated to commence in May 2027 for a period of 48 months (4 years). . The maximum value of the Agreement is 16,000,000 GPB. . Establishing this Agreement will continue the provision of a Flexible Framework for services that support the priorities and objectives of the Education and Families Service. The first generation of this Framework Agreement was established in December 2018, primarily to support activity funded through the Scottish Attainment Challenge (SAC) and Pupil Equity Funding (PEF). This Flexible Framework Agreement builds on that established approach, providing schools and the wider service with continued access to a flexible range of external services.
