Voids & Repairs Works for St Leger Homes of Doncaster on behalf of the City of Doncaster Council

Description

Delivery of Voids & Repairs works that cannot be completed internally by St Leger Homes of Doncaster. The service supports internal capacity and ensures timely, quality completion of works. The contract is for an initial period of 2 years, with the available option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months at the sole discretion of St Leger Homes & Doncaster Council. This underlying contract is awarded via Mini Competition from (Lot 9 – General Building Works (Including but not limited to remodelling, refurbishment and small extensions)) of the EN:Procure Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement for the provision of Major and Minor Construction Works. (OJEU Contract Notice 2025/S 000-005834).
