Welsh Government Hard Facilities Management Contract

Description

This is the award notice following an open tender procedure. The Welsh Government has a number of properties that are either owned or leased. These properties house Welsh Government staff and in some instances tenants of Welsh Government. The buildings within the administrative estate require maintenance and improvement works. Welsh Government had a requirement for an appropriately qualified and resourced contractor to deliver the Hard Facilities Management services for these buildings.
