Void Property Works (short-term contract)

Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a short-term contract to UK Gas Services Limited, instructing them to complete void property repair and maintenance works to our properties across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire. This contract was procured as a direct award through EEM's Property Improvement and Decarbonisation Works framework (EEM0056) . Justification for this direct award has been evidenced. This procurement is below the relevant threshold (PCR 2015). No standstill period applies. Contract value is £100,000 (inc VAT). Contract start date is 20 April 2026 until 30 June 2026 however a 2 month extension is available which has been included in this notice.
