Description

SLC requires a provider to deliver a comprehensive pre-employment screening service for all new hires, covering checks such as IDVT right to work verification, basic criminal record and digital identity checks, adverse financial history, a minimum three-year occupational history, employment and professional references, fraud prevention, and international checks where applicable. The service must also integrate with SLC's Workday system to support a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
