Appointment of external Solicitors for a Compulsory Purchase Order

Amber Valley Borough Council is seeking to appoint a specialist firm of external solicitors to act on its behalf to pursue a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) under Section 17 of the Housing Act 1985 of 20 Springfield View, Ripley, up to and including all completion formalities and any consequential documents.
