works includes, but is not limited to: • Design, fabrication, and installation of a new entrance archway, creating a welcoming and distinctive focal point for the site. • Refurbishment of the existing toilet block, including internal and external upgrades to improve functionality, safety, and accessibility. • Removal of existing bollards and installation of new bollards, improving site access control and public safety. All works under this contract are completed no later than the end of March 2026 and within agreed budget
